if a perfect square has 4 at is ones place, which of the following digit are possible to apair one's place of the square root of the number.​

If a perfect square has 4 at it's ones place, then 2 and 8 are possible to appear at ones place of the square root of the number, because the square of 2 and 8 is 4 and 64 which has a 4 at it's ones place respectively.

Therefore, the answer is (iii) 2 and 8 .
