If P, Q, R are three points on a lineand Q lies between P and R, then prove that PQ+ QR=PR.

In addition, the P, Q, R and S includes with A and B takes the midpoints and taking values respectively and continues to trisection of vector of QR.

Q lies between two points P and R.PQ = QR =>PQ + QR = PR =>PQ + PQ = PR =>2(PQ) = PR=>PQ = 1/2 PR.Hence proved.

PO = QR

PQ + QR = PR

= PQ + QR = PR >PQ + PQ = PR = 2PQ = PR>PQ + 1/2 PR HENCE PROVED
