non - renewable doesn't mean that a resource is lost forever ,it means that it production is delayed for a long period of time .and the classification of a resource depends on the need of human life .therefore if a resource is replenishing after 10years we can call it either renewable or non renewable depending upon the need of that resource.

It will be classified as a renewable resource since it can be renewed in a humans lifetime.
