Answer:-
Let the income of A be Rs. A ; B be Rs. B & C be Rs. C.
Given:-
Income of B is 137.5% more than C's income.
⟹ B = C × (100 + 137.5)/100
⟹ B = C × (2375/1000)
⟹ B = Rs. 19C/8 -- equation (1).
And;
Income of A is 30% less than B's income.
⟹ A = B * (100 - 30)/100
⟹ A = B * (70/100)
Substitute B value from equation (1).
⟹ A = (19C/8) * (7/10)
⟹ A = Rs. 133C/80 -- equation (2)
It is also given that,
Difference between B's income and A's income is Rs. 11,400.
⟹ B - A = 11400
Substitute the values of A & B from equations (1) & (2).
⟹ 19C/8 - 133C/80 = 11400
⟹ (190C - 133C)/80 = 11400
⟹ 57C = 11400 × 80
⟹ C = 11400 × 80/57
⟹ C = Rs. 16,000
∴ The income of C is Rs. 16,000.

Answer:
- If A's income is 30% less than B's income is 137.5% more than C.If the difference between B's income and A's income is 11400,then find income of C.
- Income of A is 30%less than B's income.
- we can write it as ,
- Here we dont know the B value So, lets find B value in equation.
- Income of B is 137.5% more than C's income.
- we can write it as,
- B=Rs.19C/80 ------(ii)
- And difference between A's income and B's income is 11400.
- B-A=11400.
Now ,
- Lets apply the given B value in equation one we get the that,
Now,
- Substitute the value of B and A from equations we get that,
- 57C=11400×80
- C=11400×80/57=Rs.16000.
