let x = reading of new thermometer ,
then,
( x - 20)/(150-20) = C/100
(x -20)/13 = C/10
( x -20)/13 = 60/10 = 6
x -20 = 78
x = 98
then,
( x - 20)/(150-20) = C/100
(x -20)/13 = C/10
( x -20)/13 = 60/10 = 6
x -20 = 78
x = 98
