If a water boil at 102℃ then is it possible to freeze at 0℃

if water is boiling at 102°C then it means that some solute is present in water responsible for increase of the boiling point.

The same solute will be responsible for depression of freezing point, thus the water will be freezed only at a temperature lower than 0°C
