similarly BB=11B and CC =11C so,

11A+11B+11C = ABC

11(A+B+C) =ABC

here ABC should be multiple of 11 to satisfy.

upon checking with multiple of 11 we get 198 satisfies.

11(1+9+8) = 11(18) =198

so A=1, B=9, C =8
