=>

 \frac{121}{169}  =   {(\frac{BC}{1.3}) }^{2}

=>

 {( \frac{11}{13} )}^{2}  =  { (\frac{BC}{1.3} ) }^{2}

=>

 \frac{11}{13}  =  \frac{BC}{1.3}

=>

 \frac{11 \times 1.3}{13}  = BC

=>

BC = 1.1cm
