Given : Cot ^ -1 ( -1/5 ) = theta , where theta € ( 0,π ).
Therefore,
Cot theta = -1/5
Sin theta > 0 in ( 0 , π ).
Sin theta = 1/ Cosec theta
Sin theta = 1 / ✓ 1 + Cot² theta
Sin theta = 1 / √1 + 1/25 = 5 / √26.
Therefore,
Cot theta = -1/5
Sin theta > 0 in ( 0 , π ).
Sin theta = 1/ Cosec theta
Sin theta = 1 / ✓ 1 + Cot² theta
Sin theta = 1 / √1 + 1/25 = 5 / √26.
