it has given that a current of 1 Amp is passing through A to B. and current increase with rate of 2 Amp/sec.

We have to find the potential difference between A and B. i.e., V_A-V_B

solution : from diagram, V_A-L\frac{di}{dt}-Ri=V_B

here L = 2 H, di/dt = 2Amp/s , R = 2 Ω

V_A-2\times2-2\times1=V_B

V_A-V_B=6V

Therefore the potential difference between A and B is 6 volts.
