THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE

Answer:

Cutting of trees is discouraged even though forest are a renewable resource because trees are cut down at a faster rates than they are planted and its takes lot of years for a tree to be fully grown. By cutting the trees concentration of carbon dioxide in atmosphere increases which results in the global warming. Trees also prevents the soil erosion and helps in reducing the water pollution. Thus, we can help in protecting the environment by saving and planting more and more trees.
