2/5 of x = 2x/5
so,
0= 2x/5 + 2
0-2= 2x/5
-2*5 = 2x
-10 = 2x
-10/2 = x
-5 = x
2/5 of x = 2x/5
so,
0= 2x/5 + 2

-2*5 = 2x
-10 = 2x
