if in the OMR sheet of answer booklet of class 10 board exam if the student have written in the column of code of disability NO and also he has written in above this in the column of are u handicapped NO then there is any problem in that

no.. no problem unless the one who has written this is not handicapped /or having any benchmark disabilities...
