As these are alternate angles
3y - 2y = 25
y = 25

Now, 2y + 25 = 2(25) + 25 = 50 + 25 = 75
And, x + 15 = 2y + 25
As these are vertically opposite angles
x + 15 = 75
x = 75 - 15 = 60
