Laxatives must not be taken on daily basis as it can lead to dehydration, mineral deficiencies and electrolyte disturbances, laxative on daily basis can also cause long term long term and potentially permanent damage to the digestive system which can include constipation and even causes damage to the nerves and muscles of the colon.
