If Masai(African people) use boomerang weapon In which it's tip contain poison that's why when they kill animals like wild pig the poison spread or'e there body so, when they eat them without washing,how they don't die?

when the animal is hit by the weapon the poison spread in its body through blood. When the hunter cut the animal all the blood drains out thereby making it safe to eat. moreover cooking make the animal more safe to eat and remove the poison which is still left in the body of the animal
