If p/q = (2/3)-2 ÷(2/3)-1 , find the value of (p/q)-3

 \frac{p}{q}  =  \frac{2}{3}   - 2\div \frac{2}{3}   - 1 \\  \frac{p}{q}  =  \frac{2}{3}  - 2 \times  \frac{3}{2}  - 1 \\  \frac{p}{q}  =  \frac{2}{3}  - 4 \\  \frac{p}{q}  =  \frac{(2 - 12)}{3}  \\  \frac{p}{q}  =   \frac{ - 10}{3}

we have to find out

( \frac{p}{q}  - 3) =  \frac{ - 10}{3}  - 3 =  \frac{ (- 10 - 9)}{3}  =  \frac{( - 19)}{3}
