value of p(1) ,P (3); p(-3), and p (-1)​

p(1)=2×1+3

2+3=5

p(3)=2×3+3

6+3=9

p(-3)=2×-3+3

-6+3=-3

p(-1)=2×-1+3

-2+3=1
