If penicillin is given to a patient suffering from jaundice, it doesn't have any effect on infection, why?

because jaundice is caused by a virus where as penicillin is bacteria!

Because jaundice is caused by virus and penicillin is a fungus used to cure a bacterial infection............pls mark as d best if u like this answer
