The duplicate ratio of 3:4 =  \frac{3^2}{4^2}= \frac{9}{16}

The triplicate ratio of 2:3 =  \frac{2^3}{3^3}= \frac{8}{27}

We need to find the compound ratio of  \frac{4}{9} ;\  \frac{9}{16} ;\ \frac{8}{27} \ and\  \frac{9}{7}

Compound\ Ratio=\frac{4}{9} *\frac{9}{16}* \frac{8}{27}*\frac{9}{7}= \frac{2}{21}=\boxed{2:21}
