if potential difference is directly proportional to resistance .and if resistance increases in the circuit then current will decreases so how can we say that potential difference is directly proportional to current. is this the violation of Ohm's Law?​

According to Ohm's law current flowing in a conductor is directly proportional to voltage only when resistance is constant.
