sec(7-2x) = sec (90-5x-7)
7-2x = 90-5x-7
5x-2x = 90-7-7 = 90-14 = 76
3x = 76
x = 76/3 = 25.3°
The value of x is 25.3°

sec(7-2x)=cosec(5x-7)
cosec[90-(7-2x)]=cosec(5x-7)
90-7+2x=5x-7
83+2x=5x-7
83+7=5x-2x
90=3x
30=x
hence x=30
hope it helps
