sin 4x = cos 5x

but we know that,

sin a = cos (90-a)

Therefore,

=> cos (90-4x) = Cos 5x

now,

trigonometric signs are same on bith side

Therefore,

angles will be equated,

=> 90 - 4x = 5x

=> 9x = 90

=> x = 90/9

=> x = 10

Hence,

value of 'x' is \bold{10}

Answer: X = 10

Step-by-step explanation:

sin 4X = cos 5x

then, using identity cos (90-x) = sinx

cos (90-4x) = cos 5x

90-4x =5x

9x =90

X = 10
