sinθ=\frac{Opp.Side}{Hypotenuse}

sinθ= 3/5

In a right angled triangle ABC, consider AC as hypotenuse.

∴AC²=AB²+BC²

Here, hypotenuse= 5 units

∴ 5²=AB²+3²

25=AB²+9

AB²=25-9

AB²=16

AB=√16

AB= ±4

Distance or measurement cannot be a negative number,

∴AB= 4 units =Adjacent side

∴tanθ=\frac{Opp.side}{Adj.side}

tanθ=3/4
