tan \theta =  \sqrt{3}  \\  \\  \theta = 60 \degree \\  \\  now \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \frac{2sec \theta}{1 +  {tan}^{2} \theta }  \\  \\  =  \frac{2sec60 \degree}{1 +  {tan}^{2} 60\degree }  \\  \\  =  \frac{2 \times 2}{1 + ( { \sqrt{3} })^{2} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{4}{4}  \\  \\  = 1
