We need to see the advacment of thier civilisation so that we can find out the capacity of any violent activity. If it turns out that they have a lower level of civilisation then we can take control over them but if they are at a higher level of civilisation we can try and bring peace so that the chances of attack of are lower.

In conclution if the civilisation is at a higher level they wouln't waste thier time on humans. And lower levels of civilisation wouldn't have the capacity to travel here.
