 \frac{\pi {x}^{2} }{\pi {y}^{2} }  =  \frac{169}{196}
  \frac{ {x}^{2} }{ {y}^{2} }  =  \frac{169}{196}
 \frac{x}{y}  =  \frac{13}{14}
x:y = 13:14

"Let the radius of circles be r and R respectively

If the ratio of their area = 169 : 196

Then,

2 * pi * r^2/ 2 * pi * R^2 = 169/196

r^2 /R^2 = 169 * 196

Square rooting on both side

r / R = 13 /14

Hence the ratio of radii will be 13 : 14.
