Given that the diameter of semicircle is 2.8cm.
So, its radius will be 1/2*d=1/2*2.8=1.4cm
Its circumference will be *r+2r
=>C=(22/7)*1.4+2*1.4
=>C=4.4+2.8
=>C=7.2cm
