lets take both slant height as 5x and 4x
now if their diameter is equal and their radius will also be equal(halves of equals are equal) which equals to r
so csa of first cone with slant height 5x = 22/7*r*5x
and csa of second cone with slant height 4x= 22/7*r*4x
their ratio of csa will be= (22/7*r*5x)/(22/7*r*4x)
22/7 and r and x will get cancel so the ratio will be 5:4
