This situation is possible only when a body is in a circular motion.

When a body moves circularly from a point and returns to the same point, then the displacement will be zero but the distance will not be zero.

If displacement of a particle is zero in a uniform circular motion, the kinetic energy is constant, speed is constant and work done is zero.

However, the distance travelled by that particle is not zero.
