Hi ,

It is given that 2 is a one root of

given

quadratic equation x² - 3x+ k = 0

To find k value ,we have to substitute

x = 2 in the equation.

2² - 3 × 2 + k = 0

4 - 6 + k = 0

-2 + k = 0

k = 2
