gradient means slope (m) = 3/5
we know that m=y2-y1 / x2-x1
therefore, 3/5=b+7/4+3
                 3 x 7= 5(b+7)
                 21=5b+35
                 21-35/5=b
                 -14/5=b
                  -2.8=b
