the old perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

if the lenght of rectangle is double

the new lenght is =2l

new perimeter is 2(2l+b)

let suppose l=1 and b=2
the old perimeter is 2(1+2)=6
new perimeter is 2(2+2)=8
then increasing in perimeter is 33.3%
