Let rate of second discount = r%

Now, marked price of the clock = Rs.3200

Therefore, SP of the clock after first discount

= 3200×(100−10)100=3200×90100 = Rs.2880

SP of the clock after second discount

= 2880×(100−r)100

But SP of the clock after second discount

= 2448

Therefore, 2448 = 2880×(100−r)100

= 100 - r = 2448×1002880 = 85

Therefore, r = 100 - 85 = 15%
