3y - ax + 7 = 0 \\ 3 \times 4 - 3a + 7 = 0 \\ 19 - 3a = 0 \\ a =  \frac{19}{3}

ANSWER IS........
from information we can say 3,4 are the roots so
3(4)-a(3)+7=0
12-3a+7=0
-3a+19=0
a=19/3
