if the points 2 - 1 lines on the graph of equation 3 X + k y = 4 then find the value of k

3x+ky=4
x=2. y=-1
then
3(2)+k(-1)=4
6-k=4
k=2

since the point is (2-,1)
x=2and y=-1
3(2)+k(-1)=4
=>6-k=4
=>k=6-4
=>k=2
