according to question
PO = OQ
squaring both side
PO square = OQ square
(4-2) square + (3-3) square = (x-2) square +
(5-3) square
2 square = ( x-2) square + (2) square
(x-2) square = 0
x square + 4 -4x =0
(x-2) (x-2)=0
x=2
Q = (x,5)
