Polynomial : 9x³+6x²-23x+4p
Divider : x+1

so value of p ?

Check divider :
x+1=0
x     =0-1
x     = -1

Smart solution
-1 | 9    6    -23    4p
    |      -9       3     20  +
      9   -3    -20    4p+20

So,
4p+20=0
4p       = 0-20
4p       = -20
  p       = -20
                4
           = -5
