Step-by-step explanation:

x³+px²+qx-10

x-3 leave remainder is 8

put x is 3=8

3³+p3²+q3-10=8

27+9p+3q-10-8=0

9p+3q+9=0

divide by 3

3p+q+3=0.......(1)

put x is 2=-13

2³+p2²+q2-10+13=0

4p+2q+8+3=0

4p+2q+11=0.....(2)

solve 1&2 we get answers
