Numbers are in ratio 7:9
Let the numbers be 7x and 9x.
their product = 7x×9x = 63x²

But it is given that their product is 1575
So 63x² = 1575
⇒ x² = 1575/63
⇒ x² = 25
⇒ x = √25 = 5

Greater number = 9×5 = 45

Let the numbers be x y x*y=1575 x/y =7/9 =>. x=7y/9 7y^2/9=1575. y^2=225*9 y=√(225*9) y=15*3 y=45 x=35 Therfore greatest no. Is 45
