The ratio of the volumes of the two cylinder is equal to 20/27.

Let the height of the cylinders be h1 and h2 respectively.

Let the radius of the two cylinders be r1 and r2 respectively.

Given that ratio of radius of the two cylinders is 2/3 , r1/r2 = 2/3

The ratio of heights is 5/3 , h1/h2 = 5/3

Ratio of the volumes of the two cylinders = π(r1)²h1 / π(r2)²h2

= (r1/r2)² × (h1/h2)

= (2/3)² × (5/3)

= 20/27
