Solution

Volume of the sphere

 v1=  \frac{4}{3} \pi \: r {}^{3}  \\

now after increasing the radius by 100% volume becomes.

v2 =  \frac{4}{3}  \times \pi \times (r + r) {}^{3}  = 8 \times ( \frac{4}{3}  \times \pi \:  \times r {}^{3} ) \\  =  > v2 = 8 \times v1

the volume of the correspondimg sphere is increased by 800%
