Firstly u have to consider sides as " x "
Then u have to find the area by the formula " 1/2 × base × height
Then u have to find the value of 75% of x
Now add the value to side x ....After adding u will get new increased side
Then find the area using new side by the formula "1/2 × base × height
Now subtract the old area by this new area ....u will get reasult
Now in order to find increased % in area ....u have to use a formula ....." difference/first area × 100"
