Answer:

Statement of the given problem,

A car running at a speed of 60 km/hr takes 4 hours to complete the journey. How much time will it take to complete the same journey if its speed is 48 km/hr?

Let T denotes the required time (in hrs) to complete the same journey at the speed of 48 km/hr.

Hence from above data we get as follows,

T = (60 km/hr)*(4 hrs)/(48 km/hr) = 5 (hrs) [Ans]
