if the sum and product of zeros of polynomial P of x square + bx + c are -3 and 2 respectively show that b + C is equal to 5 a​

sum =3 =b product= 2 =a. ,a+b=5

\alpha + \beta= \frac{ - b}{a} = - 3.......(i) \\ and \\ \alpha \beta = \frac{c}{a} = 2...............(ii)

Subtracting \: equation \: (i) \: from \: (ii) \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \frac{c}{a} - \frac{ - b}{a} = 2 - ( - 3) \\ = > \: \: \: \: \frac{c + b}{a} = 2 + 3 \\ = > \: \: \: \: \: b + c = 5a \\ \\ Hence \: proved.
