let one number be a then the remaining number are a+1,a+2,a+3,a+4
so the sum=a+a+1+a+2+a+3+a+4
=5a+10
5a+10=k
5 (a+2)=k
a+2=k/5
a=(k/5)-2
sum of next 3 consecutive integers = a+5+a+6+a+7
=3a+18
=3 (k/5-2)+18
=(3k/5)-6+18
=3k/5+12
=(3k+60)/5.
