Let the edge of a cube be a cm.
12 a = 36
a = 36/12
a = 3 cm
Edge of a cube = 3 cm
Volume of cube ,V = edge ³ = a³
V = 3 × 3 × 3
V = 27 cm³
Hence the volume of the cube is 27 cm³
