 Let \: radius \:of \: a\: Hemisphere = r \:cm

 Total \: surface \:area = 27\pi \:(given)

 \implies \pink { 3\pi r^{2}} = 27 \pi

\implies r^{2} = \frac{ 27 \pi }{ 3 \pi }

 \implies r^{2} = 9

 \implies r =\sqrt{3^{2}}

 \implies r = 3 \: cm

Therefore.,
