magnitude of charge, Q = 0.2 μC

workdone to move the charge from point A to B, W = 8 mJ

To find,

potential difference between the points.

using formula,

workdone to move a charge , W = q∆V

⇒8mJ = 0.2 μC × ∆V

⇒8 × 10¯³ = 2 × 10^-7 × ∆V

⇒4 × 10⁴ = ∆V

therefore potential difference between the points is 40000 volts.
