here is your answer by Sujeet yaduvanshi,
given that cubic polynomial,
x³-3x²+x+1
find value
a-b and a+b
sum of zeroes=-b/a
a-b+a+a+b=-(-3)/1
3a=3
a=3/3
a=1
then,
product of zeroes=-1/1
a-b*a*a+b=-1/1
1-b*1*1+b=-1
b²+1=-1
b²=-1-1
b²=-2
b=±2
that's all
